Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before making any purchases from Bagganza Boutique.

General Information

1. All sales are final. Items are not exchangeable, returnable and refundable.
2. Reservations are accepted however, the item(s) will only be held for 3 days and payment must be made within these 3 days.
3. Payments are accepted via CIMB, Maybank, Standard Chartered Bank and Paypal. Additional Paypal processing fees of 4% applies.
4. All items are brand new unless stated otherwise.
5. Shipping costs are already incorporated unless stated otherwise.
6. Please allow waiting period of 2 - 4 weeks for Pre-Order items to arrive in KL. This waiting period generally involves purchase from US merchant-shipment from US to KL-Malaysia custom clearing-shipment to your doorstep. Shipment method is generally 'Standard Shipment' and ordered items are consolidated in one shipment to ensure minimal cost is involved so that I can pass the savings to our esteemed customers.

Placing Order

1. Once you have identified the item that you would like to purchase, please email me at bagganza@gmail.com with the following information;

2. I shall respond within 24 hours to confirm the availability of the item. If you do not hear from me within the stipulated time, would appreciate if you could email me again.

Payment Information

1. Minimum 50% deposit of the sale price is required in placing your order for 'Order Required' items. Please see further details in the 'Installment Plan' section below.
2. Payment is to be banked in to my CIMB/Maybank/Standard Chartered Bank account. Payment via Paypal is also accepted however, additional Paypal processing fees of 4% will be applicable.
3. Please send proof of payment or bank in slip via email to bagganza@gmail.com. This can be done via the following;
(a) If payment is made via internet banking - Copy and paste the receipt to your e-mail and then, send it to the above email address.
(b) If payment is made via Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) - Scan and attach the copy of the receipt to your e-mail and send it to the above email address.
4. Upon receipt of payment, the item(s) will be posted to you (via secured delivery service) within 3 business days.

Installments

1. Bagganza Boutique does provide installment service.
2. 2 (two) times installment is available - 50% of purchased price for 1st installment and the remaining balance during 2nd installment.
3. For Ready-Stock items, the remaining balance is required to be settled within 40 days from the date of 1st installment; failing which, the said item will be relisted for sale and and no refund will be made.
4. For Order-Required items, the remaining balance is required to be settled within 10 days from the date of the item reaches KL; failing which, the said item will be listed for sale and no refund will be made.
4. Item(s) will be shipped to the buyer once the installment plan has been completed.

Cancellations of 'Order Required' Items

1. Please note that no cancellations/changes will be accepted for order that has been placed.
